Therapeutic Services
Comprehensive Counselling and Psychotherapy Services
Professional support tailored to your personal healing and growth needs.

Therapy centred around you
Humanistic therapy is grounded in the belief that you have the capacity for greater awareness, growth and self-understanding. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you reconnect with yourself and find what feels true for you.

Space to explore
Sometimes we know exactly what is troubling us. Other times, we just know we don’t quite feel like ourselves.
You might be carrying the weight of past experiences, navigating change or loss, feeling overwhelmed, questioning who you are, or noticing patterns in relationships that you’re ready to understand differently.
Some of the areas I can support you with include:
Anxiety & stress
Trauma & difficult past experiences
Domestic abuse & its impact
Relationships & family difficulties
Bereavement & loss
Self-esteem & self-worth
Identity & sense of self
Parenting & family life
Life changes & transitions
Emotional overwhelm & feeling stuck
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t need to have it all figured out. We can begin with where you are.

Ways to Meet & Connect
In Person
A calm, confidential space to slow down, explore what is present for you and reconnect with yourself, at a pace that feels right.
I offer in-person sessions from welcoming therapy rooms in Chessington and South Wimbledon, giving you the choice of the location that works best for you.
Online & Telephone
Sometimes being in your own space can make therapy feel more accessible. I have specialist training in online and telephone counselling, enabling me to offer remote therapy with the same care, presence and attention to the therapeutic relationship.
Walk & Talk
For some, talking can feel more natural when walking side by side. Walk & Talk therapy offers space to explore what is happening for you while moving outdoors, with nature providing a grounding backdrop to our work together.

Taking the first step
Reaching out doesn’t have to mean committing to therapy straight away. We can start with a conversation.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation, giving us a chance to talk briefly about what has brought you to therapy, ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you’d like to continue, we’ll arrange your first 50-minute session and take it from there, at a pace that feels right for you.
Sessions are £65 for 50 minutes, with student and means-tested concessionary rates available.
